2. IF 14 NM- 35-cent variant for 100 dollars BIN (came back a 9.0, bs)

3. ASM 298-320 solid NM for 30 dollars BIN

4. Capt America 106 "NM" for 15 dollars (came back a 9.6)

5. Capt America 100 "NM-" for 30 dollars (came back a 9.0)

6. ASM 121/122 "NM" for 25 dollars (both were 9.2's)

7. Marvel Spotlight 5 CGC 9.4 for 350 BIN (traded for ASM 64 CGC 9.4, ASM 67 CGC 9.4 and 200 dollars)

 

Not to mention all the pre-eBay blowout books that I bought in the early 90's that were solid NM's

In February, I found FF 183, 184 and 185 35 Cent Variants in a dollar bin.

Swamp Thing 21, four copies in polybags in a Stuckey's Truck Stop.

 

X-Men 137 in VF for $1 last month (out-of-business sale)

 

Ultimate Spider Man 6-19 for $1 each, last week. Multiples of 10-16.

Nice buys....though your post reminds me that even to this day...the Charlton Blue Beetle gets very little respect...
