Try within Internet Explore(if that is your browser) Tools--> Internet Option --> Delete Cookies and Tools--> Internet Option --> Delete Files. Be sure to check Delete All Offline Content. Hope this helps.

Is there any way to add a feature with which we could arrange PMs by user instead of just by date? It would make it a lot easier to delete the ones I don't need if I could do that.

 

Mainly because the ones I want to delete are from one person and just contain a graemlin in the body and three numbers in the subject line.
