What could I expect for a long box of Valiants?

Juuuust slightly more than a long box. About 2 full years of books starting at and including Unity, and about half of the pre-Unity books. Missing one Magnus book, two Harbingers, I hated Solar so I think I have very few before 10, maybe 3, all Rais but 1, all XOs... yaddayadda. No late issue stragglers. When I dropped Valiant I dropped it all at once.

 

I'd say the average book grade is easily 9.4+, but I really rather avoid individually grading out the whole derned box considering most books are quarter bin fodder.

Why not do a forum auction and see? I honestly have no idea, as a good portion of those books would go straight to my fireplace.

I would say in the area of $200. There are a few individual issues of pre-Unity Rai, Harbinger, Solar, and a few others that sell for around $20 each on eBay.

$200ish was what I was guessing. Those pre-Unity books seem to do well, but usually only if they are CGCed in 9.8, otherwise no one cares.

Solar - condition of #3, 7, 8, 9, 10 (particular emphasis on the condition of #10 (first print))

Rai - condition of 0, 1, 2, 4, 5

 

Besides these two dozen specific books, the remainder are probably a $25 lot (since shipping would be an issue).
