Sabretooth by Mark Texiera. This was the opening peice for my first book

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/Sabretooth.jpg

I honestly do not remember this guy's name, but he drew a decent Hellboy

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/hellboy_unknown.jpg

A quickie by Pete Stathis from his book Evenfall published by SLG. It's a damn good book, but he's fallen way behind on it, unfortunately

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/Don.jpg

Cat from Transmetropolitan by Derrick Robertson. Derrick actually told me the cat's real name, but I ain't sharing it smile.gif

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/cat.jpg

tres cool Hellboy by Mike Oeming

Published Peices. Most of them, there're a few I have no pictures of

two splash pages featuring Speedy from Green Arrow

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/OAGASpeedy.jpg

a two-page splash also from GA featuring Black Canary

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/OAGABCHester.jpg

Green Arrow 36 page 19, and one of Mike Mayhew's prelim sketches for the cover of The Pulse #12

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/OAPulse12coverprelimGA36p19.jpg

100 Bullets #8 pages 20 and 21

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/OA100B8p208p21.jpg

100 Bullets 23 page 13 and an unused cover by Tony Harris from Warren Ellis' miniseries Down (although Tony told me this was going to be used, so I need to have words with him at some point...)

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/OA100B23p13Downunusedcover.jpg

an original Transmet sketch by Derrick Robertson, and Transmet #23 page 14 with the Smiler

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/OATransmet23p14.jpg

Transmet #59 page 18 (Smiler gets his comeuppance) and #51 page 21 (hysterical Royce page)

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/OATransmet59p1851p21.jpg

Preacher #45 p21-22, the [embarrassing lack of self control] on the cross sequence. Unfortunately, some of the word baloons that were attched have become loose. Does anyone know the proper glue to reattache them with?

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/OAPreacher45p2145p22.jpg

Two pages I am monumentally proud of (I want the second one framed): Runaways #3 page 4, the first time Karolina flies, and #12 page 23, a beautiful splash page of the whole group by Takeshi Miyazawa

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/OARunaways4p312p23.jpg

These two were just too funny not to get. Runaways 4 page 10, the x-ray scene, and the second is by Mike Mayhew from a wizard article on Brian K. Vaughan.

Transmetropolitan #63 page 22

And here're my grail peices

Cover to Shaolin Cowboy #1 by Geof Darrow

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/shaolincowboy1.jpg

Cover to Ex Machina #4 by Tony Harris

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/ExMachina4.jpg

And a gem amongst gems....

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/IdentityCrisis1.jpg

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/elijya/sketchbook/IdentityCrisis2.jpg

(and before anyone yells at me for that, that is Rags Morales' PENCILS for this peice. Michael Bair later photostated it when he inked it onto a seperate peice of paper, and that's what HE has)

That Ex Mach cover actually stressed me out a bit, Solar. The seller, buddhai (and I have no idea how he keeps getting such nice peices to put up) offers pretty cheap shipping rates even though he's located in Europe. What he negelcts to mention is this cheap shipping rate is so slow, in my case it took over two months to arrive. I was certain I'd gotten jacked for most of that time

Wow, that was a pretty fair amount of money. I'd have been nervous too.

Nice framing job by the way. Looks awesome!

$8-900 as I recall. And I really felt gyped because while I was waiting for it I went to Wizard World Philly, and was just thinking how it woulda been nice to have that money for the show

yeah, I love the frames. I only have four peices framed, and another came framed, but that's it

it's a shame, cause good framing is so expensive, and cheap framing is just bad

I also can't bring myself to frame a paneled page. Just looks sloppy to me
