I look at it this way, every ebay raw NM is always a cra p shoot when it comes to restoration. I've had books from Overstreet advisors come back from CGC as color touched. At least someone(Daniel) has at least glanced at it to look for color touch, does he find it all, maybe not all the time, but he has found it on 2 books that I sent that I purchased off ebay. So he must get it right once in awhile.
