as for price I have not given it much thought yet to a BIN price.

--currently at work and do not have any price guide handy--

So i will accept offers until I get home and look at a guide

** But if an offer is good enough I will sell it before I get home

yeah I was thinking that it looked like one.

 

I am 99% sure it is. The musculature looks like Adams, and the cape looks almost the same as the one in 399. Not sure why it isn't in his cover gallery.

I am pretty sure he did only the inks but I cant verify it now. Either way I like the cover.

Plus If my memory serves me correctly there is some Gil Kane artwork in it.
