I am pretty sure he did only the inks but I cant verify it now. Either way I like the cover.

Plus If my memory serves me correctly there is some Gil Kane artwork in it.

 

There's no Adams art on the story inside. That's pretty clearly an Adams cover. Gil Kane might have illustrated the backup story -- he was doing the Robin and Batgirl strips at this time. The Batman story inside would either have been pencilled by Irv Novick or (more likely) Bob Brown.

Nah Adams did the inks. I am 99% sure Novick did the artwork.
