HELP ME IDENTIFY THIS ART!

A good friend of mine bought a piece of Tony DeZuniga Jonah Hex art from eBay and it's a page that I've never seen. He said the page was listed as a Weird Western Tales page, but I've got all those issues and can't find it anywhere.

I'm thinking it may be from the Jonah Hex parody story from Amazing World of DC Comics No. 13. I don't own one of those and have never read that story.

The page is super white and super clean, so I'm wondering if this is a recreation of that page. It's signed by Mr. DeZuniga and it's gorgeous art. Can anyone help me?
