Your giving MH too much credit. More like a Board member's Fine is equivalent to a NM+. I was flipping through the back issues last week. Regardless of price, any new issue is auto-labeled a NM. Now, they should be Near Mint. But after too million monkeys have rummaged through them, they are pretty beat up. I saw plenty of spine cracked books (upwards of 10 spine bends) all labeled as NM. Makes you go, 893scratchchin-thumb.gifmmm.
