I picked this one up on a lark last year from Joe Sarno before I started on this run and I haven't seen any nicer (even though this one isn't high grade). To all the horror gurus, what's a fair price to ask for this if I sell it? Guide? VERY, VERY glossy with great colors, page quality and production quality. Staples firmly attached.
