PGM HOM 175....toughest of the run?

Is this the toughest issue to find in nice shape of the post-174 issues? I picked this one up on a lark last year from Joe Sarno before I started on this run and I haven't seen any nicer (even though this one isn't high grade).

 

To all the horror gurus, what's a fair price to ask for this if I sell it? Guide?

 

VERY, VERY glossy with great colors, page quality and production quality. Staples firmly attached.

By the way shouldn't this by PGM HOM175....toughest of the run? The Grading Bastiche says.....6.5. Now, I am going to buy me a copy.

Looks like a 7.0 to me.

Lower edge drops it to a 6.5

I've seen 7.0's that look much worse. I'd would call this up to a 7.5.

7.0. Nice copy. They are hard to get in high grade. I think their is only one graded in 9.4.
