Eerie Pubs Covers being used for DVDs...

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but some Eerie Pubs covers are being used as DVD covers for anthologies of obscure horror movies.

Yeah... there's 5 volumes of Terror Tales and 5 volumes of Tales of Voodoo, I think.

 

I doubt there's any rights left to this artwork. Fass is long gone. But who knows?

I just bought one of these DVDs, & I will try to post front & back cover photos later.

And here they are. Sorry for the crappy photos... my camera was designed more for video than still shots.

 

The movies (haven't watched 'em yet) appear to be foreign flicks from the 60's, horror/exploitation type things.

Wow, they even ripped off the classic "Space Monster" ad for their back cover!

 

Although I have to admit (legal or otherwise) the Eerie Pub. covers lend themselves well to advertising these types of movies!
