theres an action 7 cgc 4.0 on comiclink atm which hails from the CRC collection but seriously is this a true pedigree?

I had some very good experiances with both Bob Cresthol and Dr Ross in the early 80s.However,I'm completely convinced that those dealings were the exception,rather than the rule.Everyone I've asked about Dr Ross in the last five years has had nothing good to say about him,so I won't be doing any further deals with him.

I wonder what happened to Robert D. Crestohl. Is he still alive? I ordered from him in the early 80s. The books were overgraded but the canadian Dollar was very cheap, while the US Dollar was very high at that times. So all in all it was ok ordering from him.

I still have the old Overstreet Market Report where Mr. Ross stated that restoration should have no impact on the price of a book compared to a non-restored copy. What a huge ripple that report had 27_laughing.gif

Check your books for restoration, if you haven't already. It's very hard to find books sold by Crestohl and/or Ross from that period that haven't been color touched or otherwise restored.
