Okay..Now this is insane

I usually chalk up this nonsense to impatience and consumer comfort levels. People get hard-ons for a book, and it clouds their judgement. And not only do they want the book NOW, but they want to get it in a certain price range. Add those 2 things together, and that's what happens.

 

What I've NEVER understood with cases like this, particularly on Hulk 181, is that if they just saved or put in a little more money, they could have a much nicer copy. Like the guy who pays $600 for a CGC 6.5 Hulk 181. Why not put together another $500 and get a vastly superior CGC 9.0 or with some patience, a 9.2??

 

Quality over Quantity people!!!!!!!!!! It's better to have one nice book, then 4 lesser ones. I constantly say this......I think it's going to be engraved on my tombstone.
