Flash #104

Was thinking about buying one of these one day, love the cover but how "rare or "scarce" is this book as I seem to see various copies floating around from time to time. Is this a case of where OS needs to update their database?

My LCS has had two separate copies of #104 available in the past couple of years (both LG). I've seen a few others at conventions during the same period. I would agree that they seem a little more "common" than OS might suggest. If I was in the market for a DC in that price-range, I would have to consider what WW2-era (or earlier) GA I could get for the same price. For instance, Flash #3-#10 all guide for less than #104.
