BTW...tell your dad that he remains the best artist ever to work in comics...and that cover/sketch just provides further proof, if any were needed.

Wait'll you see the new Captain Action and the new Spectre covers he just finished. I'd put a picture up but I would get in trouble.

Neal Adams Spectre!!!! Now, that will be fun to see.

Yeah the Spectre cover has major dramatic action going on in it and the Captain Action has the feel of one of the old covers he use to do where there's a lot going on besides the main figure. the background is full and the composition has a strong purpose. I will have pictures up on http://www.nealadams.com as soon as we get permission.

My highlight of last year's Comicon was buying Batman Illustrated Volume 2 at Neal's table, and having him sign it to me. I wanted to chat for a sec, but some nerd was monopolizing his time, discussing the earth's plates or something. Maybe this year! I'll buy Volume 3.
