TAPE! & Comics

Ok, if you had a reader copy of a comic, you plan to never sell it, and don't care for it's value BECAUSE it's a reader, but it could use something to keep it together before it falls apart the next time you read it, or it just needs a peice to be kept intact, would you still use TAPE?

I have, on many issues of my comics. Is it a good thing to do though?

Are there better methods at keeping a book in one peice?

I've used tape for tears, rips, covers that are detatched, and so on.

Just buy the archival tape and get back to work......
If you are talking to Silvers, he doesn't have a job. If you are talking to me then the answer is no. I am more or less done for the day.
