He's still in the stories. A brief summary follows.

 

 

Batman 50 - Harvey Kent's butler Wilkins drugged his employer and used costume to commit crimes as Two-Face

 

Batman 68 - Actor Paul Sloan scarred with real acid during a play about Two-Face and started commiting crimes

 

Detective 187 - George Blake subdues Harvey Kent and uses costume to commit crimes as Two-Face [wrong side of face ]

 

Batman 81 - Harvey Dent is in an explosion and his corrective plastic surgery is undone permanently

 

 

Heard on Bill Jourdain's podcast.

 

 

Two-Face was also in the Batman comic strip from 6/23/46 to 8/18/46. In the Sunday strips, he was an actor and a witness in the trial where he is scarred with acid.
