Proving signatures...

11 posts in this topic

Hello all! I have an 8 book set of Elfquest graphic novels (don't have any of the info on them right now) and when I got them around 13 years ago I was told they were signed by Wendy and Richard Pini. On the copyright page of each book are two signatures, but is there any way (without professional handwriting analysis) of proving that they were actually who signed the books? Thanks for your time.

You could check with who ever you bought them from

Thanks for the quick response! I actually got the books as a gift from my grandmother, who is dead now. No idea where she got them. Back then I didn't think to ask as I was just thrilled to add them to my collection. Hmmmm...I wonder if my dad knows where she got them....
