Is it possible to track sales on ComicLink.com?

How about a date of sale? I got a book that was already sold on comiclink and was cracked out of the slab. I was cruisin on CL and blammo... there it was with all the identical defects. Oh if you think it's a case of misuse of scans or something like that then definitely let them know. They will handle it appropriately.
