Secret Origins 5 from 1973 reprints the Spectre story from 52 and 53 according to a google search that I just did.

I believe the DC Archives on the Spectre does as well.

There's also a recent Weird Secret Origins square bound book that reprints the first Spectre story. The book itself is a fun read. It has the origin stories for the Spectre, the Enchantress, Dr. Fate, Animal Man, and Congorilla.
