PGM: Crypt of Terror #18

Just got this today and Im more than happy with it. I purchased it off ebay as a F/VF and I think its pretty close to that grade. Interior pages or cream and supple. No rips on the front cover but a small one on the back. I feel I got a good deal at under 400 bucks

The Grading Bastiche says.....6.0 Dirt on Back and minor tears drop it out of VF- and up range. Really nice pickup by the way.

I guess looking at it objectively I would say a strong 6.5 If it wasnt for the soiling and it looks much worse on the scan than in person its a 7.0. Just too many positives to knock it to a 6.0 IMHO

Agree...easy 6.5, and I would have no problem receiving this as a 7.0. Very nice!
