I don't see how. Some people sell Bowen figures or toys based on comic book characters, and it's a grey zone, but since these characters ORIGINATED in comic books, they get a pass.

 

But this is NOT the case here, as it belongs on a "TV Show Marketplace" forum instead.

That was my favorite one. I've been looking at those on Ebay and figure it would cost me about $250 or more for a boxed Maskatron. The Bigfoot is even more (like $450 range).
