1st Print Red Cover, 9.2/9.4 condition (one tiny nick on the spine, otherwise flawless). Never read. $135 airmail shipped with online tracking and insurance.

I think he meant NM/M goes for $800.

 

As far as comicspriceguide.com that site is a joke as far as true values go. If you are looking for a guide value on cgc'd books then GPA is the only way to go.

 

For example.

CGC 9.8 White Variant averages $875

CGC 9.8 DF Variant averages $625

CGC 9.8 Red averages $600

 

And as far as your Comicspriceguide.com site, well the White CGC 9.4 averages $295

Yeah, don't bring linking the comicspriceguide site around here. It gets little to no respect, and rightfully so.

 

Even the people selling their books through that site, ask significantly more for those issues.

Uh, yeah buddy check eBay. That book goes NOWHERE near $800 ungraded. Even GRADED it doesn't really get that close unless it's a 10.0.

 

I was planning on buying on eBay, but figured other members on this forum would cut me a deal.

Well thank you for clearing that up. I'm new to pricing comics, I thought comicspriceguide was a good site. Although they seem to be pretty accurate according to what I've seen on eBay...
