Yes,

that sig is the sig of the OO of the Winnipeg Pedigree. It is present on most of the early Marvels and then on the later Winni's is not there.

Winnipegs are really sweet books! Ive got 3-4 of them and the gloss is superb and color is deep.

Is it my imagination or bad scan, it looks like that Avengers is suffering from the shaken CGC syndrome in the top left above the Heroes portraits?

There is indeed an overhang at the top edge of the front and back covers. These are essentially the only flaws on the book (along with the OO name on the front). When the book gets re-holdered (the old label is at least 4 years old), it will be a simple matter to use thumb and forefinger and smooth out the top edges.
