Need scanner advice

hello all...

Not sure if this is the appropriate forum or not to ask, but I have seen some folks post some great scans of their CGC comics...my problem is my little old dell scanner "stinks" in that the case doesn't fit, and the scan comes out fuzzy...can anyone lend some assistance with recommendations on a scanner I should buy to:

1) be able to scan entire book and holder

2) have a wonderful quality scan like many of you that know how...

I apologize I am not that technically savy, but any assistance is appreciated

thanks....does the canon 8400 support CGC encased comics?

its not a legal size scanner, but you can scan the comic.

MUST be legal size for the CGC comics. I have HP Officejet7310 all-in-one. Works great - scans molecules!!!
