Most of the spine stress are visible on the back cover, the front cover looks quite nice.

I'm one of those who consider the front cover more important when grading a comic, but that's just my point of view.

If the spine and staples are tight and firm.....

then I could see a 5.0 as possible, certainly no worse than 4.5.

The lower staple as a bit of a pull situation but is still tight. It has a little rust on it as well.
