How do I add a link in my ebay listing? Is it allowed?

I would like to add a link in my ebay listing so the viewer can click on it and open a new page with a review about the product. Just like the links here, but these are UBB whereas ebay uses HTML. Is it allowed? This is the url I want to link to:

Thanks, that did it. I tried it myself, but I think my problem was I was using a tag that closed the ebay window and would re-open the new link. According to ebay rules, that's a no-no, the ebay window must remain open and the link must open in a new browser window.
