Just a stroll in the Paralia after supper. This was around 9.00PM. People start to go out around that time and at about 11PM it is jammed with people.

My uncles home in Plaka, which is 20 minutes from my fathers house. Steps are all marble, as pretty much everything outdoors is since marble is very inexpensive in Greece.

Been to Rome and Italy in General, but I've always heard about the glory of Greece and the Isles.

Nope, no fishing but ate plenty of Seafood smile.gif

 

 

Every Wednesday and Saturday in my town, they close off 3 blocks and have what we call a Laiki, which is just hundreds of vendors selling clothes, fruit, vegetables, you name it.

 

So I took this next pic for Sal who said he liked olives
