I don't know...seems a bit of a stretch for me. (:  Looks like there were plenty of bidders.  Not trying to be negative but I see there's one recorded sale GPA $99K Nov 2022...but 1 of 8 copies??  I could see if there were like 1 or 2. hm  Congrats to the seller and hopefully the buyer...

I've been concentrating more on 1-50 the last few years. I've posted photos of my original ASM collection a few times, and in the last five years I've gone from 5 books from 1-150, to 93.

I thought my original collection was pretty nice, but the 7.0 to 9.2 range is much higher than what they actually were back then.

I remember a comic store guy telling me that my ASM 14 was a VG+, and being absolutely bewildered by the assessment. lol

There are books that don't have the same attachment to me, and most of them fall between 77-99.

I don't think I'll ever own them again.
