Well, you pretty much paid the OSPG for a GD 2.0, so by the numbers you picked this up for about a 50% discount! I had the same experience with mine months ago- picked it up on the 'Bay for around $11. Lucky for me the auction ended early in the morning. Nice pickup!

 

On a sadder note, still on the hunt for ASM 1. The quest for the red and blue grail continues...

I won this one on eBay yesterday. Can't say much about the condition until I receive it, but it looks to be at least a solid VG. I was a bit surprised that no one else bid... did I pay too much, or is it just the seller's low feedback rating that scared potential buyers?

Great book, one of the Keys everyone must have if you collect Spiderman.. Congrats!!!

That is a good deal! Nice pick-up! I sold a VG copy about a year ago for $80 on schmeebay...

Have ya'll noticed that ALL #6s have the white scuff mark (printer's error) just below the Lizard's two fingers?

 

And I always wondered why the GG did not have a balloon that sayeth, "Damn it Spidey....my left hand is on FIRRRRRREEEE!"
