Time for #19!  Man, the Enforcers were everywhere early on, and the Human Torch could not be contained in his own book!  I think of the '68 cartoon whenever I look at this cover, as it had that sequence where Spidey swung at you that I'm pretty sure was taken from this image.

Fortunately for us, Spidey overcame the Sandman once again. I like how all the different colors on this cover work together, especially the red and yellow.
