I bought this copy in an original owner collection of around 110 Silver Age comics for $1150 in the early to mid 90s. One year I dug thru and picked out what I thought was my nicest Spidey, brought it to Chicago and had Matt (still with Classics) on-site press it and had CGC on-site grade it. I've been very happy with the result ever since. I need to snap a better pic.

Very nice. Those were the good old days when you could buy collections for that type of money and end up with a gem like your #43.
