Actually for a black cover it probably has the most high grade copies.

Is the cover made from a different stock? 7 10.0's is a little out of the ordinary. Unless most of them were submitted by the same person who happened to get a bunch of really nice books at the same time.

The book got a lot of media attention in the weeks before the release date, because of the 9/11 connection so I believe this was a classic book even before they were released... a lot of dealers ordered boxes full of these and went through them meticulously to find the very best candidates...

 

I remember the first 10.00 showing up on eBay a few weeks after the release of the book.

The dealer explaining he went through box after box, latex-gloved to cherry pick the very finest books and send these to CGC.
