Dude on ebay had this listed as 'VF' with a small scan, but I swung the bat anyway because I've been looking for a decent copy of this book for years. Light over-cover bend at top right corner, and some spine stress lines that actually look worse in the scan. Book is really tight, and the back cover is clean. Pages are off-white to light cream.

I would say from the scan that it appears to be in the 7.5 range, maybe pushing it to 8.0

I'd also say 7.5 range. I'm not sure if it would go higher.

I'd agree with 7.5, possible 8.0. That said, that does appear to be top condition on books of this genre and era, outside of pedigrees. I was thrilled to finally nab a decent one.

Right on the borderline of 7.5/8.0 I think. Assuming you paid "ebay prices", I'd have no problem if I bought this as VF. Very nice!

Judging from the smallish scan - I would have no problem calling that an 8.0. Very nice pickup
