WTB QUESTION ABOUT JACK KIRBY FF ART

I was wondering if there is any art or if any has seen a Kirby piece of FF art for a $1,000. Yeah this may seem low, but it does not need all the characters on it.

I doubt it. I would be surprised if there was Buscema artwork from right after Kirby's run that sells for under a grand.

The three Buscema pages I've got in my gallery cost me $20.00 each about 10 years ago, kinda depressing how times change.

I take back what I said about Buscema's FF work... I think it would be no problem to find pages for under a grand.

 

However, I stand by what I said about late 60's Kirby artwork without significant characters. Burkey has a Cap 105 page with no Cap for $1200.

Kirby's Marvel work has really spiked in the last two years. Prior to that it was possible to find some really nice FF and Thor pieces in the 1K range.
