This book was listed by Comic Keys about 2 to 3 months ago on eBay and went for $8450 USD after the auction finally ended. Well....I guess that buyer wasn't satisfied that it was unrestored so returned and up again on eBay.

If it is restored, I don't understand how he can think he'll get away with it. Isn't it almost a certainty that anyone buying a copy of FF #1 for over $10,000 is going to send it to CGC or at the least get a professional resto check?

From what I can see Comic-keys has almost perfect feedback (in terms of a percentage). Why does everyone assuming that showing his feedback will hurt his selling ability?

because his perfect feedback likely has a lot of .....had to return it due to it being restored/trimmed....or otherwise tampered with....but got a full refund so I'm happy kind of

I can understand that but would someone that had a book sold to them restored really leave positive feedback? I guess they might but you would think (hope) they would at least leave neutral.

He "sold" a raw, "unrestored", 9.0 FF 1 on eBay a few yaers back.

I guess it was one of his shills that won it.
