The show is being held in the Regency Ballroom, which is 9,000 square feet (1/6th the size of the big Paradise Comicon in June). The Regency Ballroom is located on the second floor of the Holiday Inn on King. The lighting is quite excellent, and there are some windows on the southeast corner to add some natural light.

The Regency Ballroom is actually quite a big larger than the space we had at the Hilton, but it has a similar feel. Due to the increased space we'll be able to include a few extra dealer tables this time around - current design allows for 94 6 foot dealer tables and 30-36 guest spaces. Back in August we had 70 dealer tables and 34 artist spaces and the room was packed to the gills.

We just need to double-check to make sure that our measurements are correct, and we'll be doing that this weekend (just to make sure we aren't blocking any exits, etc.) then we'll be sending the floor plan out to dealers on Tuesday at 1PM.

Dealer tables are $100 per 6 foot table. There are a few obstructed tables that will be reduced. There are a limited number of corner spots available.

Artists please inquire.

Dale Keown is a Canadian comic book artist. He started working in comics in 1986 drawing several series for Aircel Comics, including Samurai, Elflord, DragonRing (later DragonForce), and Warlock 5. In 1989, Keown moved to Marvel Comics, where he first worked on Nth Man: the Ultimate Ninja, before replacing Jeff Purves on The Incredible Hulk. Keown worked on Hulk with writer Peter David, creating one of the most memorable runs of the book, until leaving it in 1993, to start publishing his self-created Pitt at Image Comics. In 1995, publication of Pitt was moved over to Full Bleed Studios (Dale Keown's own company). He gradually lost interest and began working for other companies once more, drawing The Darkness for Top Cow and teaming up with Peter David once more with Hulk: The End for Marvel. Keown also drew a crossover featuring The Darkness and the Hulk. Keown drew many of the pictures for the Hulk memorabilia that was released to coincide with the 2003 Hulk movie. As of September 2005 Keown has been working on a crossover of The Darkness and Pitt that will be released in 2007!

Not stupid. Always happy to help.

Please read: http://www.cgccomics.com/signature/

"The prestigious CGC Signature Series label (yellow) is applied to comic books that have been signed by someone of significance to the comic, under the direct observation of a CGC employee or select CGC authorized witness. The signatures are then authenticated by CGC with the labels indicating who signed the book, the date it was signed, and in some cases the location of where it was signed."

There are a few CGC authorized witnesses in Toronto.

In respect to this specific event, Paradise Comics, the host of the Toronto Comic Book Fan SuperShow has CGC authorized witnesses who will be at the event to complete CGC Signature Series requests for attendees.

At this show you would approach the Paradise Comics table and notify them you would like to get a book signed for Signature Series and they will help you out with all of the paperwork and will witness the signature for you. They will then ship the books to Florida for grading and encapsulation. Given CGC turnaround times are on time you would get the book back in 6-8 weeks (depending on customs and shipping). You can choose to have them shipped to you direct or sent to Paradise where they will notify you when they arrive at the store for you to pick-up them up.

CGC will not be in attendance at this specific event. Submissions will still be accepted through CGC authorized dealers at the show.
