Here’s the latest news with ComiConArt and Ed Benes Art…

 

First, Andrew Pepoy has been added to ComiConArt, so there is a LOT of new art up for sale on the site….including artwork from Jack of Fables 1, 2, and 3! He has hundreds of pages of art available, and most of this is already up in his gallery.

 

There are also some new pinups throughout the site…including some new 11” x 17” pen and ink pieces by Ed Benes.

Ed Benes news:

 

Issue 3 of Justice League of America is set to hit the stands on 11/1. We will do what we can to have the artwork up in the store by the 1st or the 2nd. We will have scans of the pencil pages so you can compare these to the published page…but please keep in mind that although the pics are pencil only, the original artwork for sale is inked as well (we just don’t have scans of these pages once they leave Ed’s hands).

 

And for everyone requesting commissions…

 

Ed is not currently accepting new names for his commission list. He still has a list of 15 people who have been waiting almost a year now, and these are his first priority. As soon as this list is finished, we will open the list to new names, and this will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will take another 20 names, and then once again close off the list until everyone is taken care of. When the time comes to accept new names, an announcement will be made through the mailing list.

Great Update.

 

Now if one were to guess where all those prime Jack of Fables pages that are already marked "Sold" went to...would it be a difficult guess to make?

Actually, you're only partially right. I bought pages 4 and 5 from issue 1...but the others went elsewhere. It's counterproductive for me to keep much of it for myself. ;-)
