This just came in on Monday I am up in the air on condition. What are your opinions. It was suppose to be a 8.5.

8.5 seems reasonable to me.

My main concern was the lower right corner. The scan doesn't show the fact that is still is very glossy.

Pretty close on the grading I'd say.

 

It's an 8.5 if the bottom right was just the largest single color breaking crease, but the multiples would make me drop it down a notch or two.

 

Either way, it's pretty close and I wouldn't be unhappy with it. Without the corner creases, it's farily sharp.

It could possibly pull off a soft 8.5 IMHO. The scan size really makes that crease on the bottom right stand out which makes me think 8.0. I'm basing that on what I think CGC would give it. I have some slabbed 8.0's that are older and look more crisp then that, so I'm letting that drive my opinion on this copy.

I would probably call it an 8.0 due to the LRC, but 8.5 isn't a crazy stretch.

 

If it was an ebay buy, within .5 is pretty good.

It was an ebay buy. I thought I would take a gamble and pick it up. Since I am at home today playing hookey I figured I would scan a 4 issue run of OO Subbys from 7-10 some of the nicest I've seen.

8.0 to 8.5 tops. It's a nice copy but definetly on the border.

If it was from Ebay then close enough. The bottom corner wear on the front is enough to warrant an 8.0 VF as well. Only a trip to CGC will decide the coin flip.
