Why buy a slabbed copy of this? You can buy these raw all over the place in NM+ condition.

Personally, I stay away from books when they are being pimped by Wizard as the latest "hot book". I also stay away from books prior to a movie coming out. All that hype pumps the book up, only to fall several months later. If you're selling books, then those are the best time to unload them.
