PGM X-Men #6

Hi all,

 

PGM my X-Men #6. Got this one 4 years ago, but I didn't quite agree w/ the CGC grade. I'd like to get your opinions. Please let me know your thoughts and I'll share the actual CGC grade afterwards. Thanks!

i say very solid 7.0 georgeous book

can't see any major problems

what did CGC rate the page quality as?

is there any pre-marvel chipping on the right edge of cover?

1 small chip..about 3 inches down from top...visible in scan

 

the pq is light tan to offwhite (large spectrum)

not sure why light tan, looks cream/offwhite imho

Decent range of estimates there.

 

The CGC grade is 7.0 with light tan - offwhite pq (old label).

I would have given it 7.5 with cream pq... Thanks for the input everyone

The page color and oil migration staining to the BC will often result in a less than structural grade (which is all we can give from viewing scans.) Still, very nice book.
