Please Help Me Grade UXM #1

Hi,

I have two copies of UXM #1. Both have spine dings. I was wondering what one to keep and what one to give away. Also, what grade would you give them. Thanks.

they look like their in the 7.0's or such.

I don't see much difference in grade, but to really split hairs, the first copy appears to have longer spine stresses. I'd keep the second.
