PGM Avengers 2, 5, 12

I was wondering how CGC would down grade a comic with dust shadow or edge tanning? Should I send these to be CGC'ed. Pages are Cream to Off-white. No tears or hidden defects.

I have a Thor 151 with vey similar (maybe defect is a strong word) which grade at a 9.0

Very nice books indeed!! High grade in the 8.5-9.0 area. I'd send them but I have a feeling the #2 is trimmed on all 3 edges and the 5 & 12 have the outer edges trimmed. What are your thoughts on it. ??

I thought the same thing, but I compared it to other CGC copies sold by Heritage and many had the same mis cut edge. You are refering to the right edge right?

Yes... the right edge. I would certainly send them in either way. Nice books!!

agree that the books are in the 8.5 - 9.0 range and should be slabbed - nice copies............

Using my tanning ruler, all measurements begin at 7.0 and go down from there.

perhaps..........but that #12 seems to have very little FC tanning and i expect it would still pull down an 8.5......................
