This one is probably the best of the bunch that you've posted recently.

 

As before I love these weirdo titles and I think most people would be surprised to realize how hard it is to find these in grade. Unfortunately they aren't super-hero books so the prices will never really be equal to the fact that they are tough in high grades.

 

The spine is amazing on this book.

I doubt it was ever read as who really ever read these?

 

What bothers me is what appears to be a stain on the back cover to the left of the dog.

 

If that is indeed a stain and not some sort of optical illusion then it will be enough to keep this book no higher than 9.2

 

Without the stain I'd have no problem saying 9.4

As for yours, i am not the best on scans... but i'll say 9.2 - because of back, but again it is a scan...

I hate stains, but with it I have to agree the best you could do is 8.5 even though it presents better.
