Printers creases

as far as I know, CGC does not consider "printers creases" as defects,. at least up to a certain grade,. like 9.4/9.6 or so,.. of course FFB would be able to tell you for certain..

 

but that's been my experience.. hope this helps.

Would anyone be so kind as to post a couple scans of said printer creases on books. I would love to see some solid examples of this to better judge if some of my SAs have printer creases or something worse.

Here is a book that is commonly found with this printer's crease across the front cover....there is no break in colour. You can see the creases across the book starting at the right edge at the blurb "THOR". One in the word,and one under it.
