hard to say on that one, i've seen better mcfarlane sigs. I wouldn't trust it

My inclination is not to trust it. That said, I also wonder if someone would forge that. I mean, I have to think that a CGC9.8 copy would actually fetch a higher price than a CGC9.8 with questionable signature. But then if people followed that logic, you wouldn't see this book on EBay.

 

This is an irritating thing, actually. I have TONS of signed books, some of which I sold on EBay. But I got a horrible price for them, most likely because people didn't trust the signatures. But if you end up with a bunch of books from 'cons that you go to, and need to get rid of some, that's kinda what you have to do. I mean, I guess you could print off a COA, but it'd be kinda worthless if you're just a personal collector right?

 

I guess, for me, the CGC-signed book needs to be a SS label.
