correct, I've seen it on eBay at least 3 different times now, this being the 3rd time around.

Right, AT LEAST 3 times. Probably more.

 

Looks like York Comics is going to take a hit on this book. The rusty staples are a killer.

 

Interesting how he now uses a photograph of the slab in a bag so the serial number is obscured. I guess he got tired of bidders looking up the big scans on Heritage and seeing all the rust.
