I remember these gallows from a few years ago.....Metropolis sold them in their original CGC encapsulated holder with a purple label ( Certified Gallows Corp ), and the buyer has obviously cracked the case is now offering them raw thru Mastro...claiming them to be unrestored of course. The gallows have had nail replacement, wood plank cleaning ( amateur ), and rope lightening and reinforcement from what I recall. I don't think anyone should pay more than 40% of The Gallows Price Guide on this one.
