original comic art on Ebay--is this dealer legitimate?

So I'm surfing for some certain orig. art last night and I come upon this seller.

He's got some nice stuff, but he's only 8 feedbacks in.

Hasn't done anything for over a year.

So while I'm looking to bid, a big red flag is raised.

Anyone familiar with this guy or his pieces for sale?
