There are no DC 100 pagers that are considered "keys". Yes? So point value is based on what? Scarcity? Batman 238 CGC 9.4 recently sold for over $2,000.00 (Ebay). Registry points? 420. I bet they are waiting for you to snatch it up. If they can get $1,300 for Detective 438 in 9.8, this is a steal! Yes it is only a 9.6, but it is the highest graded! (only 7 other 9.6's out there!). The GPA average for this book in 9.6 is $237.85 (5 sales). Arthur, snatch it up for only $800!!!!! I think Rob priced it with you in mind! Go for it!
